 We have been visiting this holiday park annually for the past 7 years and still look forward to the next time. The views from the caravans are awesome, and it is so relaxing to sit on the decking, washing the waves crash in. We always use Lydstep Caravan Hire to book through, and the caravans have always been spotless and very well appointed. I prefer the lower down roads, just as easier to walk to and from the shop and club, but this time we stayed right at the top of the park in Ocean View and it was still pretty special.
There is a children's park, a shop and launderette, and then the club house with good entertainment and good food.
All in all, we love it here, will visit again and recommend it 100%


In our opinion this is definitely the best site we have stayed at.... and there are some very good and very average ones. Lydstep Haven has a more premium/exclusive feel compared to the usual offering. It is situated in a beautiful private bay with breathtaking views but also only a short drive to several fantastic sandy beaches, Barafundle Bay ,Bosherston and Castle Martin a must.
The site has the usual shop which was well stocked and well presented. Nice swimming pool although quite small, but was warm, immaculate, friendly helpful lifeguards and not rammed and unusable like many bigger Sites. There are also great water sport facilities unique to any other Park. Usual swings,slides and football court plus various activities for children.
We have 3 children ages 6-11 yrs and they love this site be it a 7 hour journey to get there for them it’s worth it.
This was our second visit and on this occasion we had an issue with our caravan which was Platinum grade. We contacted reception and this was sorted immediately by Jenny who looked after us and went out of her way to put things right, thanks Jenny, great customer service. I must say the staff there are very friendly and it has a great atmosphere creating a lovely welcoming feel.
Having visited now twice it is definitely our favourite and can’t wait to return.

This is a lovely quiet caravan park near Tenby, with its own beach. Other facilities on site include a swimming pool (which the kids loved - ages 11, 14 & 16),a children's play area, a mini-supermarket, launderette and a bar/restaurant, reasonably priced. The caravan we stayed in had Decking outside and seemed quite new & in good working order. The only negative we had was finding a previous occupant's underwear in one of the bedroom cupboards and some sweet wrappers inside the pull out bed in the lounge. Aside from this, we had a lovely 3 night stay here, found all the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially the lady on reception. There are lots of places nearby to visit - we went to Pembroke Castle, Barafundle Bay and Tenby during our visit.
